These 7 days trekking in Everest region begin with the thrilling flight to Lukla. The 20-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla or Manthali to Lukla is challenging due to the small Lukla airport. Most of the Lukla flights take place from Manthali airport due to high air traffic during the peak season. After your arrival in Lukla, we will have an amazing view of the Everest landscape and Sherpa villages. After having your breakfast, trekking begins in Phakding. The bank of Dudhkoshi, Mane and Chorten, players flag, forest trial and the peaceful environment on the route to Phaking are really best for trekking. You will stay overnight in Phakding. Next day you will head towards Namche. The trekking route to Namche is moderately more difficult than the Phakding route. 6 hours of trekking from Phakding will take you to Namche. How to prepare for the Everest panaroma trek
You can prepare for the Everest Panaroma trek by doing early morning jogging for one month before the trek. Also, you can go hiking, cycling or swimming to make your muscles stronger. Normally, strong trek preparation is not required for Everest Panaroma trek.
You can do Everest panorama trek throughout the year. Even in winter and summer, you will not meet extreme climatic conditions because this trek is a short one. You should walk for four days only. Even though trekking in the summer will be troublesome due to rainfall and leech on the forest trail.
